• All accounts must provide accurate, truthful information

• Users must complete our verification process

• Social media accounts must be authentic and active

• We reserve the right to reject or suspend unverified accounts

4. Platform Rules
 
4.1 Prohibited Activities
 

• Misrepresenting identity or credentials

• Manipulating engagement metrics

• Violating intellectual property rights

• Engaging in fraudulent activities

4.2 Content Guidelines
 

• All content must be original or properly licensed

• No inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content

• Compliance with FTC disclosure requirements

5. Payments and Fees
 

• Payment terms are specified per campaign

• We process payments through secure third-party providers

• Fees and commission rates are subject to change with notice

6. Termination
 
We reserve the right to terminate accounts for:

• Terms of Service violations

• Fraudulent activity

• Extended inactivity

• Platform misuse

7. Intellectual Property
 

• Users retain rights to their original content

• Limited license granted to LuxeLink for platform operations

• Respect for third-party intellectual property rights

8. Limitation of Liability
 

• Service provided "as is"

• No guarantee of campaign success

• Limited liability for platform disruptions

9. Dispute Resolution
 

• Governed by United States law

• Mandatory arbitration for disputes

• Class action waiver
